* Complete on‑target earnings of £70,000
* £22,000 to £32,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
* Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team
* Coach the team to achieve KPIs
* Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one‑to‑one meetings
* Encourage your team’s development and progression
* Focus on generating new and repeat business
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Liaise with tenants and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
* Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
* Ensure the business is risk‑averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
Essential Skills
* Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
* Minimum two years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
* Strong team‑building and interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers, communities and colleagues
* Ability to create and implement business plans relevant to your branch
* Capability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
* Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
* Ability to manage time‑sensitive and high‑volume workloads
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Self‑initiative and good telephone manner
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Attention to detail
Eligibility & Practical Requirements
* Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
* Evidence of right to work, e.g. passport or birth certificate
* Proof of address, National Insurance number and drivers licence check will be required
