Private Client Solicitor – 5 years PQE // Senior Private Client Associate - 6 years PQE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a growing and highly regarded legal practice in London.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced leadership team on a broad range of high-quality non-contentious and contentious private client matters. The successful candidate will benefit from exposure to a varied caseload while playing an integral role within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of private client matters, including:
* Wills
* Probate
* Estate administration
* Inheritance tax matters
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will also support and supervise junior team members, maintain excellent client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 5 years’ PQE within Private Client law
* Strong technical expertise across non-contentious private client matters
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Experience supervising trainees, paralegals, or junior solicitors
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
