Sous Chef

We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our team, working closely with the team and reporting to our Head Chef.
As a Sous Chef, you’ll work with a menu full of flavor, provenance, and seasonality. Our all-day menu celebrates the diverse, modern French food landscape with indulgent French classics balanced with lighter options.
The kitchen is yours as a Sous Chef. You’ll work with the Head Chef to create a motivated and safe environment for all our chefs. You’ll support the Head Chef and General Manager by ensuring the kitchen is in top condition and that the team has everything they need for a successful shift.
