Job Title: BMS Account Manager
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE (negotiable)
Location: Flexible - remote, office, or hybrid (with travel to sites in the South)

The Role
We're looking for a BMS Account Manager to lead the Service & Maintenance division of a well-established BMS specialist.
You'll manage a portfolio of 50-60 customers, focusing on nurturing key accounts, driving repeat business, and identifying opportunities for growth through PPM renewals, upgrades, and additional services.
This role blends:
70% Account Management - Retaining and growing existing customers
30% Business Development - Driving renewals and new opportunities
