Overview
First Military Recruitment is currently seeking a Contract Manager on behalf of one of our clients. The successful candidate will typically work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure all legislative requirements are adhered to.
* Customer liaison, including meeting clients and ensuring enquiries are promptly processed and responded to.
* Meet SLA and KPI requirements, keep clients updated on projects and works.
* Conduct site visits in response to enquiries, including requesting information, liaising with contractors, assessing risks, and gathering sufficient information for quotations.
* Ensure quality, safety, and environmental processes are followed.
* Manage review and issuance of risk assessments, method statements, and work permits as needed.
* Monitor active jobs, ensuring planning and escalations are in place, and systems are updated.
* Compile and prepare operational and performance data for business and client reports.
* Assist in managing and leading the property services team, including workload allocation, attendance and performance management, motivation, and providing support and advice.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Contract Management for Hard Services within the FM industry.
* Technical background in M&E preferred.
* Effective prioritization and organizational skills.
* Attention to detail and high accuracy.
* Strong communication skills across all levels.
* High standards and a determined attitude.
* Ability to work independently.
* Willingness to embrace new challenges and develop professionally.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of CAFM systems.
* Experience managing KPI contracts.
