Stores Assistant Windows Division Portadown £28,000 per year + potential overtime Monday Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm | Friday: 8:00am 4:00pm We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company based in Portadown for a permanent full-time Stores Assistant to join their busy Windows Division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse or stores experience who enjoys working in a hands-on environment as part of a supportive team. Main Duties & Responsibilities Receiving deliveries and checking goods for any damage or shortages Organising and storing stock within the warehouse Moving materials by hand and assisting with heavy lifting duties Picking and packing orders for installation teams Operating forklift equipment and other lifting gear Keeping stock records and paperwork up to date Maintaining clean and organised waste disposal areas Assisting with deliveries and occasional on-site support when required Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following all health & safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE Candidate Requirements Previous experience working within a stores or warehouse environment Forklift experience is essential (company happy to renew licence if required) Comfortable carrying out heavy lifting duties Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team Good communication skills and a positive attitude Reliable with a strong work ethic This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and growing company offering long-term stability and overtime potential.
