Customer Services Advisor Temporary Role: 3 months (may be extended) Location: Sheffield, S9 Salary: £15.02ph Working hours: Shifts, including evenings and some weekend work, 37 hours per week Role: You will act as a member of the Call Centre, dealing with incoming calls, written correspondence and routine requests. This will include responding to frontline incidents and enquiries, including environmental incidents. The job will also include collating and analysing complex information and data and overseeing administrative procedures and processes. You will be expected to follow set procedures and will be able to exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. Specifications: * High level of literacy and numeracy required. * Previous customer service experience essential. * Ability to build relationships based on customers’ needs, to provide the service required. * Must be able to use standard IT packages efficiently to deliver work and to be able to learn and use specialised systems as required. * Ability to collate and analyse data. * Excellent communication skills required. * A background in Environmental Science or Geography would be useful
