Description As an eCommerce assistant you will be merchandising and creating content. You will nurture the development of personalisation through the digital and physical environment, contribute to both its marketing and continuous improvement of service through development of new ideas, innovations and processes. Please note this role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Responsibilities Drive content and merchandising that focuses on real time customer attributes and maximises revenue and a seamless customer experience Support the implementation of personalisation through improved customer journey approach Build relationships with retail operations teams to deliver seamless customer experience through process compliance and continuous improvement opportunities Create online on-brand content with a keen focus on SEO best practice to drive organic traffic Qualifications Experience using online analytics toolset Basic Adobe Photoshop knowledge Confident using Microsoft Excel Ability to multi-task and prioritise A fast learner, with the appetite to grow their knowledge in eCommerce. Retail eCommerce experience preferred LI-Hybrid
