Requirements
* Proven experience delivering technical projects in AI, robotics, or advanced engineering
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering environments
* Experience working in regulated or defence environments preferred
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile advantageous
