The Role
The successful candidate will:
1. Deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)
2. Support students in achieving excellent outcomes in GCSE and Functional Skills Maths
3. Inspire a love of problem-solving and mathematical thinking
4. Monitor and support student progress effectively
5. Contribute to the development of schemes of work and innovative teaching approaches
6. Play an active role in the wider life of the academy
