Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this is a high‑impact role shaping how our business operates, integrates and delivers value across regions.

The Mandate
Lead the strategy, mobilisation and execution of a multi-year global transformation agenda — ensuring integration, delivery excellence and measurable business outcomes.
What You Will Lead
1. Enterprise Transformation Strategy
* Turn strategic objectives into an actionable transformation roadmap.
* Define milestones, KPIs and measurable commercial outcomes.
2. PMO & Delivery Leadership
* Build and lead a high-performing global PMO.
* Establish governance, reporting, resource planning and delivery standards.
3. Programme Execution
* Oversee global strategic initiatives end-to-end.
* Manage risks, dependencies, ROI and benefits realisation.
4. Change & Cultural Adoption
* Partner with HR, Communications and regional leaders.
* Drive engagement, alignment and adoption of new processes and behaviours.
5. Governance & Value Assurance
* Shape business cases, track synergies and ensure long-term value creation.

What You Bring
* Leadership of large-scale, multi‑year transformation programmes (M&A, TOM redesign, digital, etc.).
* Experience building or leading a global PMO.
* Strong governance, risk and benefits realisation expertise.
* Ability to drive change across multiple geographies and cultures.
* Commercial acumen: investment cases, synergies and P&L impact.
* Executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders and boards.
