I’m working with a fantastic client who is expanding their team and looking for a Customer Service Administrator to deliver exceptional 1-2-1 support to their valued customers.

The Role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the go-to contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met with efficiency and care. You’ll be working with a cutting-edge IT platform and a supportive team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a dedicated group of customers on a 1-2-1 basis
Resolve queries and provide timely updates on shipments
Monitor deliveries using advanced logistics software
Process returns and handle international shipping quotes
Carry out general administrative tasks
About You:

Previous experience in logistics (ideal but not essential)
