Responsibilities
* To ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that confidentiality is maintained in all issues relating to the work of the Housing Department and the Association.
Skills and Qualifications
* A third level qualification or educated to A Level standard or equivalent with a professional housing qualification and one years relevant experience as set out in the job description with a social landlord or local authority.
* Or educated to A Level standard or equivalent and two years relevant experience in a Housing Officer role with a social landlord or local authority.
* Or three years experience working as a Housing Officer.
