We are recruiting across a range of roles, covering multiple technical and business areas and spanning various levels of seniority.
We are seeking individuals who enjoy solving complex problems as part of a collaborative team. You’ll bring strong technical curiosity and a genuine desire to understand how systems work end to end—from core software engineering principles through to emerging areas such as agentic AI architectures and autonomous systems.
You will have experience working across a variety of AI solutions, tools, and platforms, and you’ll be comfortable learning new technologies and frameworks quickly. A solid background in software development is essential, including proficiency in languages such as Python, experience designing and consuming APIs, and familiarity with modern development and deployment practices.
Just as important as your technical skills is your mindset. You thrive in ambiguous environments, adapt quickly as problems evolve, and are motivated by learning new skills on the fly. You expect early iterations to change, embrace fast feedback, and iterate openly. You focus on outcomes rather than personal ownership of ideas, prioritising the hardest and riskiest aspects of problems early to reduce uncertainty.
