Key Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant in Birkenhead, you’ll play an essential role in supporting quality learning:

* Experience working with children or young people is beneficial, but not essential.
* Transferable experience from care, youth work, coaching, mentoring or support roles is highly valued.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect well with pupils.
* A positive, patient and proactive approach to learning support.
* Ability to work well within a team and use initiative when required.
* An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
