What you'll do
Are you a data-driven leader with a passion for turning insights into action? We're looking for a Space Insights Manager to join our Space, Range & Display (SRD) team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we optimise store space for performance and profit.
In this high-impact role, you'll lead a team of three analysts, delivering strategic insights that influence key decisions across macro and micro space planning. You'll collaborate with category teams, trading managers, and senior partners to ensure our space strategies align with business goals and customer needs.
* Deliver to the SRD critical path, whilst leading your team and influencing others to ensure your team meet their deadlines
* Work with our macro space model to produce optimised space recommendations for each planning season and maintain micro space rules
* Present macro and micro space recommendations to Head of Trade, Trading Managers and Buyers to gather their feedback in optimising space across the business
* Be the main point of contact for all macro & micro space reporting
* Become an advocate for creating a data driven business by illustrating the power of analytics and reporting
Who you are
* Best in class leadership, partner management and engagement skills
* Excellent analytical, interpretation and problem-solving skills
* Good presentation and communication skills
* Knowledge of Food sector Space Range & Display
* Strong knowledge of Power Bi and Business Objects
