This is a role for a commercially-minded lawyer where you will own end-to-end enterprise negotiations, shape how a scaling legal function operates, and be a true partner to Sales, Product, Security, and Finance.

đź“‹ Reports to: Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance
What you'll do:
→ Lead commercial SaaS contracting (MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs)
→ Own enterprise-level negotiations from start to finish
→ Advise on IP, data privacy, and cross-border data transfers
→ Draft and maintain modern, plain-language templates and policies
→ Build a deep understanding of the product and the tech landscape
→ Streamline legal operations as the business scales globally
What they're looking for:
âś” Qualified lawyer, 5+ years PQE
âś” Commercial contracting experience (SaaS/tech a strong plus)
âś” Privacy/data protection exposure
âś” Practical, solutions-first mindset
âś” Strong communicator comfortable with non-legal stakeholders
