AutoParts Sales Manager

We are looking for an outstanding Sales Manager who will be the first point of contact for customer inquires and information about the parts. An excellent AutoParts Sales Manager must be energetic with excellent interpersonal skills. As well as be able to acquire knowledge of the company's products and pass that knowledge to customers along with a great deal of enthusiasm.

The goal is to facilitate sales in every possible way in order to drive sustainable growth whilst providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Working with your Branch Manager to support them in motivating a team which includes line management responsibility for the sales team
* Managing sales, resource, and customer service within the branch, to ensure both sales and KPIs are met
* Develop good and professional relationships with local body shops, suppliers or customers.
* Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
* As part of the management team, you will have supervisory responsibilities to help deliver a great performance across key business measures and in line with the Company's core values
* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
* Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience

* Experience in leadership, motivating, and driving your own sales team
* Great communication skills, to build strong relationships with your colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
