This full‑time, permanent role is based in Cheltenham.
Responsibilities
* Support the Conveyancing Department with the opening and set‑up of new client files and matters
* Scan and process incoming residential property post, ensuring accurate allocation to client files
* Provide administrative support to the team to ensure the smooth running of the department
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with firm procedures
* Assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks and workflow coordination within the team
Candidate Attributes
* Strong administration experience within a professional services environment
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication and time management abilities
* Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft
