Our client is an established organisation based in West Leeds, and they are seeking a Sales and Logistics Administrator to join their team. \n \n The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.\n\nSalary: £28,000 - £30,000pa. \n\nHours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm - hybrid \n\nThe role:\n\nOrder processing and managing quotes.\nManaging documentation and ensuring quality and accuracy.\nManaging customer relationships and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.\nOffering exceptional customer service to all clients.\nMaintaining systems and updating with any changes in schedules.\nCoordination of transport.\nDaily communication to ensure all departments are up to date.\nGenerating, verifying and processing of invoices.
About you:\n\nProven experience in a similar sales administration, order processing or logistics \nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. \nProficiency in MS Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems. \n\nIf you are an experienced Sales Administrator, we would love to hear from you!
