Programme Manager - Retirements Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £120,000 per year Start Date: ASAP (flexible for notice periods) About the Role A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a high‑profile Retirements Transformation Programme. This is a major, multi‑workstream technology and data‑driven initiative focused on building a greenfield retirements product, making this an exciting opportunity to drive strategic change from the ground up. You will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end delivery across operations, technology, data, and organisational change-ensuring the programme meets customer priorities, regulatory expectations, and wider business objectives.
