Opportunity

We are seeking lecturers in Pharmacy Practice to support students and graduates in the School of Pharmacy and Life Sciences. The role involves teaching across programmes including MPharm and Pharmacist Independent Prescribing courses, supporting high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, and contributing to innovative teaching, scholarship or research.


Responsibilities

Provide support for the delivery of pharmacy education across the school, centring on the MPharm and Pharmacist Independent Prescribing courses. Work flexibly across expertise areas, support teaching, learning and assessment, and participate in the development and delivery of innovative teaching, scholarship and/or research within pharmacy disciplines.


Qualifications and Attributes

* GPhC registered pharmacist with practice experience
o Ideally, in possession (or nearing completion) of a postgraduate diploma or above in clinical pharmacy or equivalent and/or a GPhC accredited independent prescribing qualification (or nearing completion)
o Excellent team working and interpersonal skills
o Commitment to fairness, inclusivity and the promotion of equality and diversity
o Enthusiasm, resilience, flexibility and adaptability
