Business Analyst & Project Manager
Location: Newry
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst & Project Manager to lead transformation projects from concept through to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments, driving process improvements, delivering high-quality IT projects, and managing stakeholder expectations at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
2. Lead IT and process improvement projects, managing timelines, budgets, and risks.
3. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to capture and refine requirements.
4. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring successful delivery.
5. Stay up to date with industry trends and propose innovative solutions.
Essential Requirements:
6. Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
7. 5+ years' experience in both business analysis and project management.
8. Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects.
9. Strong knowledge of process mapping, data analysis tools, and project management software (, Microsoft Project, Jira).
10. Experience in stakeholder management and a user-focused environment.
11. Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMP certification desirable.
