The Opportunity
Robert Half Talent Solutions are recruiting an experienced Interim Financial Controller to lead and stabilise the finance function during a critical period for a fast-paced, international business.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with responsibility for multiple P&Ls and close partnering with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and stabilise the finance function during a key transition period
* Full oversight of multiple P&Ls within a complex, international environment
* Manage, mentor and support an established finance team
* Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership
* Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with clear expectations and accountability
What We're Looking For
* Proven Interim Financial Controller (or Finance Director happy to step into an FC role)
* Strong experience managing multiple P&Ls
* Comfortable committing to a 6-month interim assignment
* Able to work 5 days onsite in West Swindon
* People-focused, collaborative and approachable leadership style
* Able to commute within approximately 40 miles of Swindon, Wiltshire
