What are we looking for?
We seek a proactive, curious individual eager to build a career in project management and controls within the built environment. This Level 3 apprenticeship offers the chance to work with experienced professionals on high-profile UK projects. Your role will involve supporting project delivery through planning, scheduling, performance tracking, and financial coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, enjoys working with data, follows structured processes, has attention to detail, communicates well, and is interested in construction or engineering consultancy.
What might you be doing?
Your tasks may include creating project schedules, tracking budgets, supporting performance reports, attending meetings, collaborating with teams, identifying risks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring project outputs meet requirements.
Training
You will develop skills in scheduling, cost control, and risk management, supported by mentoring and in-house training. You will attend training sessions for your Level 3 Project Controls Technician Apprenticeship, which provides a foundation for a career in project controls and potential progression to higher qualifications. The apprenticeship duration is typically months, depending on your prior experience.
What do you need?
* A minimum of a C grade in at least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English.
* Relevant qualifications and industry experience are also considered.
* You will be supported through a Level 3 apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience while studying.
