Overview
ROSEN is a global provider of pipeline integrity solutions. The UK office in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking to add to its team of multi-skilled NDT technicians to support field verification projects for UK and worldwide clients, and to contribute to the global regionalisation of inspection-based products and services in the pipeline industry.
What you will do
* Travel nationally and internationally to perform Non-Destructive Tests on client assets.
* Contribute to desk and laboratory analysis, and coordinate with engineers from other disciplines to provide integrated client service.
* Support and grow field verification projects and the delivery of inspection-based products and services.
What you will bring
Essential
* Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.
* Qualified to minimum PCN Level II in MT, UT 3.1, 3.2 or equivalent.
* Ability to work closely and effectively with internal and external clients.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Desire to develop knowledge in all aspects of pipeline integrity, field verification inspections and surveys.
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and basic IT systems/software.
* Desire to grow and develop a business through delivery of quality work.
Desirable
* Familiarity with manufacturing techniques of vintage pipe and plate.
* Knowledge of relevant codes, standards and best practices for pipeline and defect inspection.
* Additional qualifications include P11, API 570, abrasive wheels, confined spaces, EUSR gas safety.
