As a Senior Structures Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Producing and maintaining detailed finite element models for structural analysis
* Creating high-quality stress and structural documentation to required standards
* Delivering structural design solutions that meet applicable airworthiness requirements
* Supporting Type Certification activities through robust analysis and reporting
* Reviewing and approving design drawing packages in line with delegated authority
* Providing clear progress updates to senior engineering stakeholders
As a Senior Structures Engineer, your experience will include:
* Significant experience in aircraft structures or complex mechanical structures design
* Strong capability in hand calculations and finite element analysis techniques
* Working knowledge of EASA and FAA airworthiness requirements
* Proficiency with finite element modelling tools and CAD systems
* A Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering
* A methodical, detail-focused approach with the ability to take work through to closure
