Parts Advisor
Location: Croydon
Salary: £34,000 £35,000 + Bonus
Hours: 45 hours per week (shift pattern to be discussed)
Saturdays: 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:00 12:00
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established commercial vehicle dealership in the Watford area. The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting both customers and the workshop by ensuring the correct parts are supplied efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Supply parts to both retail customers and the workshop
* Unpack and organise stock deliveries while maintaining a tidy warehouse
* Assist with the delivery and collection of parts when required
* Provide professional and friendly service to customers both face-to-face and over the phone
* Promote current offers and parts promotions to customers
* Support the wider team with additional duties when required
About You
1. Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role is preferred
2. Knowledge of commercial vehicles or vehicle parts would be beneficial
