Complexus Care is recruiting experienced Female Support Workers to join a new team supporting a young female client with complex needs, including quadriplegic cerebral palsy (GMFCS 45), microcephaly, scoliosis, Reynards Syndrome and a gastrostomy. You will be required to drive the clients vehicle.
Bengali/Punjabi/Urdu speakers are encouraged to apply. The family use both English and Bengali at home; Bengali helps build trust and rapport, while strong English is essential for care delivery and documentation.
