Registered Fostering Manager
Location: Sussex
salary: up to £55,000 + £3,000 car allowance
NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the South East of England area in order to help them find a Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.
They have an Outstanding Ofsted rating, so you will be part of a very nice working environment.
The role is flexible with working from home and office work. The majority is home work, however the office is used for team meetings/training etc when needed, which is normally a few times a month. This will allow you to have a good work - life balance.
Responsibilities of the Registered Fostering Manager:
The Registered Fostering Manager will oversee a stable team that includes 1 Practice Manager, 9 Supervising Social Workers, 2 Family Support Workers and 3 Admin.
The service has 76 families and 78 children.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Registered Manager, Service Manager or a Team Manager and if you have experience in fostering. You must have a Social Work qualification and a driving license also.
