* Review and negotiate interconnection agreements, technical documentation, and commissioning plans.
* Manage modelling workstreams, including RARF, QSA, and dynamic models, ensuring compliance with ISO, PUC, and utility requirements.
* Support post‑COD activities related to operations, compliance, market participation, and battery storage integration.
* Provide clear guidance to internal stakeholders on interconnection processes, obligations, and deliverables.

Required Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; a Power Systems focus is preferred.
* Master’s degree in Renewable Energy or Grid Operations is an advantage.
* At least 5 years’ experience with transmission‑connected inverter‑based generation and interconnection processes.
* Strong knowledge of major U.S. ISO and RTO requirements, including MISO, ERCOT, SPP, PJM, and WECC.
* Proficiency with power system modelling tools such as TARA, PSS/E, PSLF, and preferably PSCAD.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Aspen, PowerWorld, and AutoCAD is beneficial.
* Professional Engineer licence in Power Systems is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

What Is Offered

* Hybrid working model.
* 401(k) retirement savings plan.
* Health insurance with HSA support.
* Technical and leadership training opportunities.
