Mechanical Project Manager PAYE/LTD/CIS Mechanical Project Manager needed within the Central London area My client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial installation working on a prestigious project within the heart of London. A fantastic opportunity for a highly competent Mechanical Project Manager with experience leading on projects £15 million and over in value. Duties: •Lead and manage the full delivery of complex mechanical installations and refurbishment works, including ducting, pipework and plant systems within a commercial environment. •Develop, monitor and maintain weekly and monthly progress reports, track project milestones and oversee the overall programme to ensure timely completion. •Ensure technical excellence on site by providing guidance to mechanical operatives, troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions. •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors, demonstrating confidence in a client-facing capacity. •Maintain strict compliance with all on-site Health and Safety regulations and industry standards.
