As the Business Analyst, you will work full-time hours. This job is a permanent position. This job offers hybrid working to suit business needs. Candidates will be need to located within a commutable distance to Andover.

As a Business Analyst, it is essential to have experience analyzing and interpreting complex documents, with desirable proficiency in Microsoft Visio. This role requires someone who can work independently and confidently, demonstrating a proactive approach to managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
To be successful as the Business Analyst, it is essential that you have proven experience in business analysis and proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and project management methodologies would be desirable.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
* Document and analyse business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
* Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
* Work closely with Project Managers to support the delivery of project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.
Business Analyst Requirements:
* Proven experience in business analysis. Experience in a technology, manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable.
* Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Office, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, BPMN, Visio).
* Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and sales applications (desirable).
* Familiarity with product development lifecycles and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Kanban) preferred.
