Role Responsibilities
As an Audit Manager, you'll oversee a varied portfolio of audit assignments, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards. Your role will include:
* Managing end-to-end audit processes, from planning and budgeting through to sign-off
* Acting as the lead contact for clients, building lasting relationships and offering expert support
* Reviewing work prepared by audit seniors and junior staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Coaching and mentoring team members, supporting their development and progression
* Working alongside directors and partners on more complex client requirements and strategic planning
* Identifying opportunities for added value services and contributing to business development

Candidate Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of post-qualification audit experience
* Background in managing audits for a wide range of clients, including FRS 102, group structures, and charities
* Experience in leading teams and nurturing talent within an accountancy practice
* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
* Commercially minded with a focus on quality, client satisfaction, and continuous improvemen
