HR Advisor
Leeds - Hybrid
Full-Time, Permanent (35hrs a week)
£30,000–£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
We’re currently recruiting for a passionate and proactive HR Advisor to join a small but growing team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and employees to deliver effective people solutions.
This is a varied and fast-paced opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships and making a real impact within an organisation.
The Role
* Provide generalist HR advice across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and policy development
* Support learning and development initiatives and internal training sessions
* Manage and maintain HR systems and records, ensuring strong compliance
* Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
* Support business performance through effective people management
* Work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes
About You
You’ll be a confident and organised HR professional with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Previous experience in a generalist HR Admin, Assistant, or Advisor role
* CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (or working towards) – desirable but not essential
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of workload
* Commitment to continuous professional development
Package
* £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE)
* Hybrid working
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
