A Law firm seek an experienced Facilities Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based in their central London offices!
They are specifically looking for someone who has hands on lease discussion and direct maintenance experience, including sourcing and negotiating with contractors.
Key duties include:
* Coordinating refurbishments and office moves
* Negotiating contracts with suppliers
* Managing budgets
* Liaising with stakeholders to maintain an efficient and safe working environment
* Managing the general office team
* Ensuring the firm's facilities run smoothly by overseeing leases, rent and rates
* Coordinating maintenance
* Dealing with catering, cleaning, security and their contracts
* File storage and other support services
* Managing budgets
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
The role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
Hours: 8-5
