Are you a dynamic hospitality leader ready to take the reins of an exciting new concept in the heart of London’s financial district?
Our client is launching a bold and vibrant restaurant in the City of London – a place where exceptional food, standout drinks, and warm hospitality meet. This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of something special from day one. We're on the hunt for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the opening and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and inspire a team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience
* Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on service, quality, and consistency
* Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and hit KPIs
* Build and maintain a positive team culture from pre-opening through to full operation
* Work closely with the culinary and bar teams to showcase a fresh, modern menu and innovative drinks program
* Champion health & safety, compliance, and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant
* A deep understanding of European wines & culture with a strong understanding of the London hospitality scene
* A natural leader who thrives under pressure and inspires their team
* Passionate about food, drink, and delivering first-class service
* Confident with numbers, scheduling, and back-of-house systems
* Hands-on, adaptable, and up for the challenge of launching something new
