We are seeking a dynamic and positive change leader to help drive technological adoption in support of our strategic goal.
With M365 Copilot already in use by 25% of our workforce and the rest using Copilot Chat, our focus is now on expanding adoption, integrating AI into our daily workflows, and achieving measurable business value across the company.
This role requires a hands-on and collaborative approach. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with various departments, including business units, IT, and HR, as well as our champions network. Your goal will be to accelerate adoption, build AI fluency, and ensure that our people, processes, and platforms are aligned to deliver sustainable returns on our AI investments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
1. Work with Quilter’s people and technology teams, as well as Microsoft Partners, to define and execute the change strategy for enterprise-wide adoption of Copilot.
2. Partner with senior leaders to align AI transformation goals with business priorities and KPIs.
Adoption Acceleration
3. Lead targeted adoption campaigns, training programs, and use case development to drive meaningful usage – understanding that every area of the business is at a different stage of maturity.
4. Identify and remove barriers to adoption, including process redesign, learning experience design and cultural shifts.
Use Case Enablement
5. Collaborate with business units to identify high-impact use cases for AI augmentation and automation.
6. Facilitate prototyping and scaling of AI-powered workflows, leveraging internal and external expertise.
Change Management
7. Design and implement change management frameworks tailored to AI transformation, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and feedback loops, working closely with our culture, communications, EX and learning teams.
8. Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and responsible AI use.
Communications Management
9. Working closely with the internal communications team, oversee the employee communications and engagement plan, ensuring that channels are utilised effectively and plans dovetail with the wider people strategy activity.
10. Support the team’s community management efforts in Viva Engage and other channels, in support of the overall adoption objectives.
Capability Building
11. Work with people-focused teams (L&D, culture, internal comms, EX) to build AI literacy and role-specific engagement and upskilling programs.
12. Support communities of practice and internal champions to sustain momentum.
Project management
13. Be accountable for a comprehensive plan that outlines the goals, timelines, and resources needed for the adoption programme. This includes setting clear objectives and milestones to track progress.
14. Anticipate challenges and identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
15. Efficiently manage resources, including time, budget, and people capacity, to ensure the adoption programme stays on track, prioritising tasks and making adjustments as needed.
Measurement & ROI
16. Define success metrics and continuously monitor progress of the adoption programme, identifying areas for improvement and evaluating its effectiveness to demonstrate tangible value of AI investment.
17. Report regularly to stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.
About You
Essential
18. Proven experience leading enterprise change initiatives, ideally in digital, data, or AI transformation.
19. Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts, tools, and use cases.
20. Technical Proficiency with M365 Copilot or similar AI productivity tools to effectively guide the adoption process and address any technical questions or concerns.
21. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
22. Ability to manage engagement, communications and event activities in support of adoption – backed up by a strong internal comms team.
23. Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and user-centric narratives.
24. Strong collaboration skills to collectively deliver the programme, including matrix management, guidance and support.
25. Experience working in complex, regulated environments (e.g., insurance, financial services).
Desirable
26. Hands-on experience with AI adoption programs or pilots (even if small-scale).
27. Exposure to prompt engineering, AI governance, or workflow automation.
28. Background in consulting, innovation, or transformation roles.
29. A certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) may be an advantage.

32. Strong storytelling and influence skills, especially with non-technical audiences.
