Job Responsibilities
1. Receive requests for supplementary staffing and source available staff to meet demand.
2. Escalate to agencies if Bank worker capacity is insufficient.
3. Support the Supplementary Staffing Manager in delivering new Staff Bank services, including recruitment, demand management, and placement negotiations, ensuring quality and operational targets are met.
