As a Team Lead, you will:
* Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of your team.
* Implement escalation channels in accordance with mutually agreed-upon procedures.
* Lead a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities which will enable the department to develop deeper, more scalable solutions.
* Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results.
* Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication.
Essentials:
* At least 2 years of prior relevant people management experience.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Experience providing constructive criticism and implementing corrective action plans.
* High-level understanding of customer confidentiality standards and also has a passion for the development of teammates.

* UK passport holder or valid UK work permit
* Full Clean Driver's license valid for 3+ years
* Ability to pass a Criminal background check & drug-alcohol test
* Availability to start on the
11th of March 2026
* Availability for 24/7 shifts (shifts not yet confirmed but you'll be informed of the schedule a month in advance
* Availability to work from the office full time (Manchester M2 1HN)
* The training period will be Mon - Fri and unfortunately we're unable to grant annual leave during this period to ensure the training course is completed on schedule for the team.
