What will I be doing?

As our Homeowner Account Manager, you will be the business’s main contact for owners of holiday properties that we market, managing a portfolio of around 150-200 properties located in your local region. This is a data-led, account relationship role with the core objectives of increasing bookings and revenue, maintaining quality relationships, and improving the quality of our portfolio.

As part of your everyday role, you’re likely to be involved in the following:

1. Increasing the number of bookings and revenue for each of your properties
2. Ensuring each property in your portfolio is shown in its best possible light on our website while being a true and fair representation of the property
3. Analysing ongoing booking performance, and adjusting pricing strategies accordingly
4. Communicating confidently and effectively with owners on holiday letting aspects, including recommendations to owners on upgrading and updating properties
5. Organising regular owner communications, visits, and contact days
6. Resolving challenges and difficult situations confidently. Identifying properties not meeting quality requirements and recommending actions
7. Working closely with the New Business, Customer Service and Managed Services teams

8. Customer service skills and account management experience
9. Results-driven and motivated to exceed targets
10. Outstanding communication and influencing skills
11. Good IT, numeracy and literacy skills
12. Property knowledge and good geographical knowledge of the area you are aligned to
13. Proactive problem solver and able to work on your own initiative
14. Excellent time management
15. Full driving licence
