Osenka recruitment are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrator with construction industry experience to join our client. This is a permanent position offering stability and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, liaise with contractors, and manage project documentation.

Salary: neg

Hours: 9am - 5am

Key Responsibilities:

provide day to day support to the office and project teams

*

manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently

*

maintain accurate records

*

booking accommodation for contractors

*

Communicate with contractors and suppliers

*

Provide administrative support to the construction team

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in construction or a related field

*

Strong organizational and communication skills

*

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

*

Ability to multitask and work independently
