Step into the heart of our Group HR team and be the engine that keeps our people operations running smoothly! You’ll be the go-to adviser for managers and employees, delivering top-notch HR support with efficiency and a smile. From tackling day-to-day queries to creating new processes, you’ll play a key role in making our workplace engaging, positive, and ready to shine.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Being the go-to HR hero for managers and employees — offering advice on development, performance, and all things people-related.
* Navigating disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, and attendance matters like a pro.
* Keeping your finger on the pulse by tracking workforce trends (turnover, absence, culture) and jumping in when needed.
* Helping shape reward strategies and spreading the word on what’s great about working here.
* Crafting and maintaining HR policies that keep us compliant and ahead of the game.
* Crunching HR numbers with monthly reports on headcount, turnover, and more.
* Building strong relationships and coaching managers to lead stellar teams.
* Supporting apprenticeships, work experience schemes, and connecting with local schools.
* Getting stuck into projects, training, and making HR even better every day.
* Staying sharp on the latest HR trends and legal updates.

What We’re Looking For:
- HR know-how – you’ve got generalist experience, and a CIPD qualification (or you’re on the way!) is a big plus.
- Employment law savvy – you know your UK employment law and HR best practices inside out.
- People-first approach – confident guiding managers and handling employee relations with ease.
- Bonus points for TUPE – not essential, but experience here is a nice extra.
- Proactive & detail-driven – spotting solutions and getting things done is your superpower.
- Great communicator & relationship builder – connecting with people comes naturally to you.
- Team player with independence – you thrive in a fast-paced environment, whether flying solo or collaborating
- Full driving licence – you’ll need to travel to sites when required.
