Your Role:
1. Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across different primary year groups
2. Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and build strong relationships with pupils
3. Maintain a focused, positive learning environment through effective behaviour management
4. Follow existing lesson plans or create your own when needed
5. Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
6. Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth day-to-day teaching
What We're Looking For:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification
8. UK primary teaching experience
9. Strong understanding of the national curriculum
10. Confident classroom management and great communication skills
11. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings
12. Ability to build rapport quickly with both pupils and staff
13. A proactive, positive teaching approach
