A track record of driving ERP transformation in a growing or complex business. Responsibilities: Act as the Business Central subject matter expert for the entire organisation. Lead the end-to-end optimisation of Business Central, ensuring it meets the needs of a fast-growing, product-led business. Diagnose system issues, gaps, and inefficiencies and translate them into clear, actionable development requirements. Work closely with external developers to deliver fixes, enhancements, and new functionality. Provide ERP leadership across the business, helping teams understand best practices. Map business processes, challenge existing workflows, and design improved workflows within Business Central. Own the ERP roadmap, prioritising improvements based on business value and operational impact. Ensure strong governance, documentation, and change control around all system developments. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure Business Central supports their needs. Provide hands-on support during month-end, system changes, and key operational cycles. Drive user adoption, training, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
