Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., NNEB, CACHE Diploma, BTEC, NVQ 3, or equivalent). Experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable. Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to keep accurate records and write reports.
