Senior Graphic Designer – Market Drayton
Contract Type: Permanent
What You’ll Do
* Lead the design of packaging and printed materials, ensuring bold work aligns with our brand world and visual identity.
* Mentor a Junior Designer, role‑modeling our values: Bold, Together, Accountable, Curious.
* Act as a brand builder and guardian, inspiring best‑in‑class design across all touchpoints and driving continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Design qualification (BA, HND or similar) with strong packaging design experience, shopper print media and marketing campaigns.
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
* Solid knowledge of print production, colour science and colour management.
* Good knowledge of UX and UI digital design.
* Creative thinker, high agility in fast‑paced environment, excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Leadership experience and collaborative mindset.
* Ability to work effectively on Mac platforms.
Desirable Extras
* Experience with Meta Business Suite, photography/video, animation or 3D design.
