Advert In this pivotal role, you will: Lead the implementation and oversight of a clinical competence framework for all temporary staff, ensuring statutory training, certifications, and role-specific skills are completed and maintained. Provide clinical assurance by reviewing and signing off compliance packs and ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new starters. Support operational managers with observed practice reviews, performance management, and professional development for bank staff. Act as the key escalation point for any clinical concerns or adverse events, ensuring timely resolution and robust governance. Collaborate closely with the Temporary Staffing Operational Lead, agency partners, and system-wide leads to deliver consistency, best practice, and continual service improvement. Oversee clinical documentation, policies, and projects to ensure compliance with legislation and service excellence. Represent the organisation at regional meetings as a subject matter expert and ambassador.
