We have an exciting and challenging opportunity to join our Service Delivery Centre (Vaccinations) to support the delivery of NHS Highland’s vaccination service.
The successful candidate will have strong administration skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment.
You will be fully competent in the use of Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Teams and be able to demonstrate:
1. Excellent customer service skills;
2. Experience of working as part of a team;
3. Excellent communication skills;
4. Adeptness in using own initiative;
5. Experience of working in a busy environment with the ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently; and
6. Possess a full understanding of confidentiality within a Healthcare setting.
The postholder will provide administration support within the Service Delivery Centre to ensure accurate records are maintained; manage inbound / outbound calls, emails and voicemails.
The postholder may also be required to provide admin support at community vaccination clinics.
Full training will be provided.
