Opportunity for multiple Employment Senior Associates to join a Tier 1 Employment Practice in London.

The Opportunity
The firm’s Employment practice is one of the strongest in the UK, consistently ranked Tier 1/Band 1 for over 15 years and widely regarded as a market leader for both employer and senior executive work.
They are now looking to hire multiple Senior Associates into their Core Employment team in London, working alongside leading practitioners in the field.
This is a mixed role, covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, involving:
* Advisory employment work, covering day-to-day HR issues (disciplinaries, grievances, contracts, policies, flexible working, family leave and discrimination), as well as support on restructures and redundancies
* Employment litigation, acting for employers and senior individuals on high-value tribunal claims and dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration
* High Court matters, such as restrictive covenants, team moves, injunctions and confidential information disputes
* Collective and trade union work, advising on industrial action, collective consultation, union recognition and works councils
* Transactional employment support, including TUPE and due diligence on M&A, divestments and outsourcing projects

Requirements:
* Qualified Employment Solicitor with between 5 - 8 PQE
* Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment
* Background from a well-regarded City, international or strong national firm
* Commercial, personable and genuinely interested in BD and long-term progression
